The former Rock House Community Centre and main Rock House building built in 1855 had been sat derelict for a number of years and were both in a very bad state of repair. The site has now been fully redeveloped over the course of a 2 year period and now forms 2 modern high specification townhouses, along with a fully restored Prominent Rock House Building. There had been a significant capital investment into the site and has made a huge impact on this part of Tempest Road and brought a very popular and local historic site back to its former glory.
